What was once a prison is now art studios, galleries and classes. Very Cool place. You can visit artist's studios, enjoy their art down the halls. They have a small theatre which puts on really good productions. Mostly musicals. Its got a good vibe.

Went to the Lorton Prison Museum. Had an absolutely fabulous tour from John. He discussed the history and walked through the building with me. I learned so much history about this place, the people, the struggles both inside and outside the prison. The history of the suffragists.

Wonderful gift shop with a wide variety. Only had time to visit 2 buildings. The artists were enthusiastic and willing to discuss their work. Very creative pieces. Quality craftsmanship.
