Where will my ad appear?
On individual Place pages inside your selected coverage area — in the middle of the page and at the bottom. Ads only show on Places that are open and listed for the season you purchased. Both placements are included in every sponsorship.
Are any Places ad-free?
Yes. Premium Places are always ad-free, and Places without a public location or that are permanently closed don't show sponsorships.
Is my sponsorship exclusive?
No. Sponsorships are shared. Each eligible Place page can rotate up to 5 active sponsors, and our rotation favors the sponsor with the fewest impressions so everyone gets a fair share. An area only becomes unavailable when every eligible Place in it already has 5 sponsors.
What are the creative requirements?
One 970 × 125 image in PNG, JPG or WEBP (up to 25 MB — large images are compressed automatically), plus the website address you want clicks to go to. A headline, short description and button label are optional.
When does my campaign run?
Halloween runs Sep 1, 2026 – Nov 5, 2026. Christmas runs Nov 6, 2026 – Jan 6, 2027. Both Seasons runs Sep 1, 2026 – Jan 6, 2027. The price covers the full season and is the same whenever you purchase.
How does approval work?
Every ad is safety-screened when you upload it. Clean ads are approved automatically; anything flagged — or anything our screening can't check — goes to our team for a human review. Your campaign goes live once it's approved, paid and inside its season dates.
Does my sponsorship renew automatically?
No. It's a one-time payment for the season you choose. Nothing renews or charges you again.
What reporting do I get?
Your campaign page shows Impressions, Clicks and CTR (click-through rate) for each campaign. An impression is counted when your ad loads on a Place page.
