This map is built by the community

HalloweenChristmasMaps exists because neighbors, decorators, and local fans submit and maintain listings. That only works if everyone participates in good faith.

Be honest

Only submit listings, sightings, or reviews that are real and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit a location that does not exist, is closed, or that you do not have reasonable grounds to believe is open to visitors.

Respect private property

Unless a listing clearly says it welcomes visitors, assume it is a private residence. Never encourage or describe trespassing, and do not post addresses of homes that have asked not to be listed.

Be kind

Communities and comment threads are for sharing helpful, real information — not for personal attacks, harassment, or spam. Disagreements about a listing's accuracy should be reported through the report tool, not argued about publicly.

Keep it appropriate

Ghost sighting accounts, photos, and community posts should be appropriate for a general audience, including families visiting with children.

Moderation

Our volunteer and staff moderators review reports and pending submissions. We may edit, hide, or remove content that violates these guidelines, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Reporting a problem

If you see a listing that looks wrong, unsafe, or that violates these guidelines, please use the "Report" option on the listing or contact us directly.
