HalloweenChristmasMaps respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users who submit photos, descriptions, and other content to do the same.

Filing a takedown request

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a notice through our contact form (category "Other") that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
2. The specific URL or listing where the infringing material appears.
3. Your contact information (name and email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What happens next

We will review valid requests and remove or disable access to the identified content where appropriate. We may also notify the user who submitted the content.

Counter-notices

If you believe content you submitted was removed in error, you may reply through the same contact channel with an explanation and we will review it.

Repeat infringers

Accounts found to have repeatedly submitted infringing content may be suspended.
