Built from a lifelong love of Halloween & Christmas

HalloweenChristmasMaps was created by people who have spent more than 25 years being part of the haunt community, building and running our own home haunt and sharing a love for the creativity that makes Halloween and Christmas so special.

What started years ago with decorating, building, creating and being part of the local haunt community eventually grew into something bigger: a desire to help more people discover the incredible displays, attractions and experiences being created in communities everywhere.

More Than 25 Years in the Haunt Community

We've been involved in the haunt community for more than 25 years, including building and operating our own home haunt.

That experience gave us a firsthand appreciation for the enormous amount of time, creativity and work that goes into creating something simply because you want other people to experience it.

Some of the most memorable Halloween experiences aren't necessarily the biggest attractions. They can be a home haunt built by a family in their yard, an incredible neighborhood display, a local farm transformed for fall or a place with a story people have been telling for generations.

Those are the kinds of places we want to make easier to discover.

And Christmas Is Just as Important

Our love for decorating doesn't end on October 31.

Christmas displays have always been another huge part of what we love about the holidays. From houses covered in lights to synchronized displays, decorated neighborhoods, Christmas markets and seasonal attractions, there's something special about seeing what people create and turning a night of looking at lights into a tradition.

HalloweenChristmasMaps brings both seasons together while giving each one its own map, destinations and personality.

Why We Built HalloweenChristmasMaps

We wanted to create a place where people could discover more of the incredible seasonal experiences happening around them — from something spectacular a few streets away to destinations worth planning an entire night or road trip around.

HalloweenChristmasMaps brings home haunts, professional attractions, fall destinations, real haunted places, ghost tours, Christmas displays and other seasonal experiences together on an interactive map built for exploring.

It's also a way to support the people behind these places. Homeowners, creators, attraction owners and community groups put an incredible amount of work into making Halloween and Christmas memorable. Giving them another way to be discovered is an important part of what we're building.
