The story
About Witches on the Water
fills downtown with witches and warlocks for a day of shopping, entertainment, food, drinks and Halloween themed activity. Participating businesses offer specials while guests explore vendors, music, contests and other activities throughout town. The celebration ends with evening festivities and supports the National Memorial of Military Ascent through event proceeds.
