Greg was an amazing tour guide! Fascinating place that’s been on my list for a while to tour and finally had time while in Pittsburgh! Definitely recommend doing the tour, we will be back to do a Monday tour!

Awesome tour! Greg is very knowledgeable and well spoken. Thank you for the in depth history lesson! Highly recommend. $16 tour, well worth it, tours start at the top of the hour.

This was so cool!! I’m so used to tours being stuffy but this was amazingly chill. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and very fun. We were able to step into cells and there were a few interactive experiences that surpassed any other prison tour I’ve done. Incredible stories and a long tour that felt incredibly fast just because of how fun it was. Side note: the gift shop has the most comfortable sweatpants I’ve ever bought!

Carley was our guide, she was great for the guided tour, she was very informative and new a ton of history. We also did the photograpy tour and Jaylen was there, she was also informative and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you both for a great experience!

I came with a group on Tue 7-21, we were the last tour of the day. The guide was very knowledgeable, she was funny. I think her name was Esther she was young. I was looking at some of the pictures I had taken, I noticed I had an orb on my arm in one picture. I had some much fun, and I learned alot. I will definitely be back.
