The story
About West Chicago Trunk or Treat and Downtown Trick or Treating
combines the library's annual Trunk or Treat with downtown trick or treating for a community wide Halloween afternoon. Families can visit decorated trunks hosted by local businesses and organizations, collect candy and giveaways and continue through participating downtown stops. Costumes are encouraged and the event is designed as a free, accessible celebration for children and families.
