This family makes you feel right at home. My young daughter years ago chose to have her 6th bday here. She loved the characters in their plays and their home made food is second to none. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. Try it and you will be a repeat customer for years to come. The ghosts are friendly, so no worries. Southern hospitality at its very best.

We found this place on Facebook and wanted to visit. To say the least, we will most definitely be back! Love the history, memorabilia, atmosphere, seance room, amazing and knowledgeable staff. As well as meeting new like mind people. Thank you for the hospitality and know we will definitely be coming back, but next time for a longer stay. ❤️👻 July 2, 2026.....This is our second stay, and we absolutely love it! The Thomas Hotel will always be one of our favorite spots!! 😍

I came to the Thomas house being a little sceptical after reading reviews prior to actually setting foot on property. when we showed up, we got here early so we walked the property and looked at everything. This place is beautiful. It needs some love on the outside but being so old, that is understandable. A lot of people say the main floor smells of cat/cat urine and I can say that is not true. it does smell of what I can only describe as an old building smell. Just a smell of a building longing for more visitors. The main floor has some soft spots and some dips and waves, that can be taken care of with time and money and love, but honestly, this building is beautiful. The food was good, not the best I've ever had but also not the worst (fried chicken, home made biscuits, green beans with onions, jalapeno corn, fried apples and banana pudding). Our room was gorgeous, (room 17). The bed was super comfortable (which in other reviews was said that the beds suck and are as old as the building 🙄). I'm a 400lb man, and I slept like a rock here. I loved it, and we will most definitely be back ❤️ Thank you Cole Family, and the Ghost Hunt Weekends Crew!

Went there for a Christmas party. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The buffet was good home cooking and plenty of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The building and the people were nice. Unfortunately, majority of us ended up sick after eating there, and a lady found a piece of gum in her food. They did offer a refund. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.
