Lovely family day at Southern Hill Farms! 🌻🫐 We went for sunflower and blueberry picking with my baby and had the best time. Beautiful fields, fresh air, and everything so well organized and family-friendly. Perfect for kids and strollers. The blueberries were so sweet and sunflowers were gorgeous! Highly recommend for a fun family outing. Will be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited Southern Hill Farms for the very first time back in 2020 during the peak COVID days with my family, and it was exactly the breath of fresh air we all needed! It was the perfect way for us to get out safely, enjoy some wide-open space together, and experience a bit of normalcy. The Highlights of Our Trip: The Flower Fields: Walking through the vibrant fields with my family was absolutely beautiful. The colors were stunning, and it provided the most incredible, picture-perfect backdrop for photos. The Apple Cider Donuts: You absolutely cannot leave the farm without trying these! I remember us treating ourselves to them, and they were incredibly fresh, perfectly spiced, and easily one of the best parts of the entire day. Even with the safety measures in place at the time, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, relaxing, and well-organized for groups. It made an amazing first impression on all of us, and it’s easy to see why this farm has become such a beloved local staple. Highly recommend making the trip out here with your loved ones!

We always love visiting the farm for fresh vegetables and fruit. It’s been amazing to watch this place grow through the years; it’s become such a beautiful place and I love bringing my kids year after year! Blueberries and peaches are our favorite things to pick.

What a great farm!! I'm not stranger to PYO fruit farms but this was my first blueberry outing and was so happy with this trip! We drove here from Tampa to pick blueberries and were surprised to see so many other fruit/vegetable PYO options. The blueberries were plentiful and delicious and pricing was good at $5/lb and no entry fee. The grounds itself were nice and I was delighted to see live music, covered seating areas with games, and food/beverage options available too. Plenty of signage and staff to help guide you. The carnival area looked fun but we purposely avoided that so I wasn't able to check it out so my kids didn't see. There is a TON of parking available in grass lots. I underestimated how large it would be! It was a convenient little stop before we went to Disney and will likely return if the berries are still there!

🎃🌻 Southern Hill Farms was the fall experience Florida didn’t know it needed. Even though this is a late review, it was too good not to share. We rarely get a real “autumn moment” down here, so this felt like a full seasonal reset. It was perfect for all ages in my family, which is saying a lot. The pumpkin “patch” is more of a cute marketplace under a pavilion, with pumpkins in every shape and size and endless photo-op spots. The food pavilion? Dangerous in the best way. The apple cider donuts (I went classic sugar) and fresh cider were peak fall energy. And do not skip the pumpkin cookies—they’re elite. For the kids, there were rides, games, activities, and the sweetest little petting zoo. Pure joy. The sunflower field took a little walking since many had already been cut, but once you find them, it’s worth it. And just when we thought it couldn’t get more cozy, we saw bonfires with people roasting marshmallows before leaving. Everything was well-organized, festive, and totally worth the drive. If you’re craving fall vibes in Florida, this is where you go.
