This place was awesome 10 out of 10 recommend we did the forest/asylum and the hayride. The forests/asylum was literally the best haunted house I’ve ever been to in my life and they still have the haunted manner which is 45 minute walk-through unfortunately line was just way too long, but I definitely will be back and have to try that because I’ve heard it’s 10 times better And I am amazed with it if you’ve never been here, I recommend it. It’s worth every penny, me and the kids had a blast.

One of the best haunted houses. I drive almost over an hour just to go every year. They also have a Krampus theme the first weekend of December. Just love this place. I 100% recommend it.

This place was a total experience!!! There are 4 different options my group did 2 and it was awesome!!! The actors inside the manor were amazing!!! The very first room we entered That guy was incredible he the perfect opener! Our waits in line were still entertaining there is just soo much to see and look at! I'm definitely coming back for the Xmas time!

Best haunted house i've been to in years, yes lines are long but i'd side eye any haunted house with quick lines. we spent probably a half hour inside idk i was scared🤣🤣 we did the rotten manor and it was 10/10, i will say though there were some very tight areas that may not be suitable for larger plus sized people. although i was entertained by some of the actors i'd pass on doing the hayride again, it was more scenic than scary.

We make Rotten Manor an annual Halloween season and Christmas season tradition. The Manor haunt is detailed, unconventional and full of great actors. Rooms are very well crafted and creative. Haunted Forest & Asylum is like something we've never seen. Walk through the woods in and out of houses, all complex and detailed. Break into the asylum and then find your way back out. No spoilers. Truly one of the most unique haunts we frequent, and a family favorite. Don't skip Forest!!!
