The story

About Pumpkin Creek Farms

near offers a family-oriented central Illinois pumpkin patch designed around hands-on farm fun. The 2026 season runs and includes a large corn maze, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, farm games and multiple play areas. Newer additions such as the Mum and Pumpkin House create extra photo opportunities, while the Country Store adds seasonal food, drinks and small activities. The farm's goal is to give visitors a chance to experience a working-farm environment rather than just shop for pumpkins, making it especially popular with families and younger children. Weekday and weekend hours vary, with the farm staying open later on Fridays and Saturdays.

My boyfriend and I are 22 and 21, and we had an absolute blast. We got lost in the corn maze, made friends with a wasp that wanted my cider, and loved on all the goats and bunnies and one of the donkeys. We played at the "stadium" throwing balls and shooting hoops. We did the duck races, which he won. Swang on the swings. But honestly, the most fun we had, was on the rat races. 10/10 would recommend. Will be returning next year!

Loved this corn maze 🌽! If you're looking for a fun place to bring your young kids in the fall, look no further! They have so many activities that are geared for children of varying ages. Several Corn boxes (like a sand box), hay obstacle courses, slides, swings, duck races, Tractor rides and more. My two year old was in heaven. Their layout is convenient and not too spread out. They have food which was great! The wrist band gets you the activities, the corn maze and u-pick pumpkins but visitors are welcome to come shop without a wrist band as well! They have porto potties and wash stations.the maze is big enough to get lost in but if you're wanting to have the experience but not the frustration, it is designed well to have a 10 minute experience ( if you study the map and plan accordingly which is what we wanted with two tiny kids). We will be back!

Great price for several hours of fun with the kids. Update 2023: Came back and they were still as well kept and friendly and they even expanded their activities.

This spot is always a great family experience. Even with the corn bin closed for 2020, we enjoyed the barn animals, duck racing, barrel train ride, straw bale climbing, and more! The food is amazing, and I definitely suggest getting the donuts.
