My amazing Brian thank you so much for working so diligently to find my reservation that I had canceled and you reschedule me all the way from last year. I so love my palatine facility. Such a fun experience! The puzzles were creative and challenging without being frustrating, and the overall atmosphere really pulled us into the story. Everything felt well thought out, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great activity for a group — we had an awesome time and would absolutely go back to try another room.

A group of friends and I completed the Blockbuster room here. It was super fun and quite nostalgic for several of us! The room was well put together, the clues were fun and interesting to solve, and our game master Mike did a great job of knowing when or when not to give nudges. I would definitely go again to try another room!

I had an amazing experience at this escape room, and a big part of that was thanks to our game leader! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable and excited to start. He explained everything clearly and kept the energy fun and positive the whole time. During the game, he struck the perfect balance of giving helpful hints without taking away from the challenge, which made the experience even more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Overall, the escape room itself was awesome, but his attitude and professionalism really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend!
