This is a good way to discover St. Augustine to get an overview. All drivers were very nice and informative. It is best to take one of the first tours because it’s less crowded- but you always get a seat and the interactive map is also very helpful to catch a trolley. We didn’t feel like you were being pushed here to buy additional tickets to attractions, as stated in other reviews. Those who inform themselves in advance know which stops are worthwhile. We had a good time and saw everything that interested us and got a good overview of the city. Only the audio quality is to be criticized, for non-English speaking or somewhat hard of hearing guests the background noise while driving is a bit difficult and some information is lost. The seats are moderately comfortable. In addition, the price is already quite high. But you can drive around all day and admission to one or two museums is included, so it’s actually okay. We would recommend it

We had a great time on Old Town Trolley Tours! SUMMER, was our driver, and she was funny, entertaining, and absolutely wonderful. We loved her! Fun bonus. We also got to see wild peacocks so that was a nice surprise! We stayed on for the initial 90-minute tour, then went around a second time, got off at stop #5 to explore, walked to another stop, and got back on. It was all very easy and convenient. We learned a lot about St. Augustine history and got around to different places without having to drive or worry about parking. The free parking at Old Town Trolley Tours was a great bonus. Also, if you plan to do any museums or extras, they offer discounts if you purchase before starting the tour. This was my fourth Old Town Trolley city, and they are always great. Highly recommend!

We quite enjoyed this tour. There was so much to learn and I love that there was a tracking app that told you where the trolleys were and when the next one would be at your stop, so there was no guessing as to when you had to catch the trolley. We learned a lot and allow our guides were great, but we really loved Pepper and the Hot Tamale Trolley! We all agreed that one was the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Saint Augustine Trolley Tour! What a great way to get around to all the sites and hear about the history of this fine historical city. Trevor, our tour guide was FANTASTIC!!! Being shuttles from our hotel to the tour site was an added bonus and Poppy was so nice and knowledgeable! We can’t wait to come back!

I had a great time on the Old Town Trolley Tours St. Augustine. The trolley was a great way to see the city in a limited amount of time. The drivers were knowledgeable about the history of the city and I learned a lot of interesting facts about St. Augustine. I liked having the ability to get on and off as many times throughout the day.
