we got the fast pass & drink package & WOW! we were completely blown away. this experience is the best one ive been to yet! the ONLY downside was how hot it was inside the building! but other than the whole thing was absolutely phenomenal!!! were from mississippi, and we couldn’t stop yapping about how great it was the whole way home! 10/10 5 stars would go again next weekend if i could, that’s how great it was!! BUY THE TICKETS

We had such a great time at New Orleans Nightmare! It was super well done, the atmosphere, lighting, and special effects were all top-notch. What really surprised me was how kid-friendly it was while still keeping the spooky fun alive. The staff was friendly, the lines moved quickly, and everything felt safe and organized. Definitely a fun Halloween experience for families or anyone looking for a good scare without it being too over the top. We’ll be back next year for sure! 🎃💀

this experience is definitely NOT worth the price you pay for! unless you get scared easily; all the actors do is just scream in your face. the staff that’s outside by the lines act like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. they’re not friendly at all. they definitely act like the goth kids you would see in high school. also, the general admission line was super long but it was moving kinda fast. i guess its because it was towards the end of the night. my entry time was 10:15pm, was out by 11:15pm. and i think thats probably why i didn't enjoy my time here, i felt like i was being rushed, i couldn’t even take time to enjoy and look at all the attractions in the actual haunted house. it was also very hot, no air ventilation at all.

What an incredibly long haunted house! Worth every cent! Children ages 9 and up went with us and the staff were so kind…. EXTRA SPOOKY!! 10/10 recommend! Also if you go to Costco you can buy discounted tickets!!

The scenes were GREAT!!! and production was also great!!! I had fun yes. But didnt get scared once 😭😭😭. And I was really banking on getting scared. Ive come to the conclusion, I just dont get scared at these things and need to try something else? Or stop going with the expectation that im gonna get scared. 5 stars for the scenes and stuff used. 1 star for not getting scared once. I almost wanna give 3 stars. But.. this beats the haunted trails where I live.
