Such a great fun experience for the family. With the all new mazes and the hayride being revamped, this place is really a Go to for halloween. Everyone is helpful and the characters are wandering around the entire property. They have food and games like axe Throwing and shooting zombies with jelly ball guns. There's something for everyone here.I love it.

Been going there the past few years and I love it! Lots of parking available. There's free and paid premium parking. If you park far, there's a free shuttle. They do an excellent job with decorations. Lots of monsters walking around. Fog machines and lights create the perfect ambience. There are three mazes that are fun and exciting. Then there's the actual Hayride which is a lot of fun. I also love the stage with band. They're very entertaining. It's not overly crowded like other Halloween events especially if you go early in the season. It's not outrageously expensive like other venues. Recovered everything in about 3 hours.

I was honestly really disappointed. I even paid for the VIP tickets ($65 each ticket) and preferred parking ($20 extra), but that still didn’t make it much better. It’s basically a worse and cheaper version of Hollywood Horror Nights at Universal. The parking situation is really confusing and the shuttles take way too long and are too small to effectively transport people to and from the parking lots. We were preferred parking so we were fairly close to the entrance so we walked to and back ourselves vs waiting for the shuttle. That being said the walk to get to the entrance was much longer than I expected and all on a dirt path so your shoes will get fairly dirty like mine did. Then when we reached the entrance we had to wait for a long time to pass security and then at every other stop we made. VIP passes only cover the rides and mazes (there were only 3) so you still will have to wait just as long as everyone for the merch tent, bathrooms, food, and other non-ride options. I also only saw 2 dressed up performers roaming around interacting with the crowds so it felt they were severely understaffed. The mazes were very small and not a lot of time was spent on the design or scares in them. The hayride itself was very lackluster, too dark, and would not be scary to even an elementary school student. I was most looking forward to that so we started there and then after that experience I knew the rest of the evening was going to fall short of expectations, and it did. They did have some good food truck options, however the lines were very long for those and there were minimal seating options. Overall I will not be returning next year. I would only recommend going if you get the VIP tickets and are going to bring kids specifically because for a date or just adults it will be really disappointing. They should lower the price to match what you get in return.

We absolutely love this place and visit it every year! The Halloween vibe is always amazing — from the decorations to the spooky atmosphere, everything feels well done and festive. 🎃 However, this year there were a couple of disappointing moments. Before the Haunted Hayride, we were offered to take a photo, and the representative told us that VIP ticket holders get a free download. But when we scanned the QR code later, it showed a $29.99 charge to download the picture. Another issue happened at the escape room. We waited in line for about an hour, and right before our turn, a group of about six people came and were allowed to go in ahead of everyone. When we asked why, the staff member said they were “celebrities.” They looked like YouTubers filming with cameras, but honestly — we all paid for tickets, and the rules should be the same for everyone. We still enjoyed the overall experience, but I hope next year things are more fair and organized. 👻

Didn’t even know this place existed until my friend sent it for a cute fall outing. We enjoyed the different sections of the hayride and going through the Monae Manor. The Hellbilly one was kinda creepy 😅 if you like spooky season there is hella stuff here to enjoy. Tons of food, shows, and desserts that we didn’t get to enjoy this go round but would look forward to in the future. Idk about “kid friendly” but there were plenty of kids there and it didn’t feel overly scary. If you’re trying to get super scared or scared out of your mind it will probably miss the mark. I was glad they couldn’t/didn’t touch us.
