I really enjoyed my stay at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. If you appreciate historic hotels with character and charm, this is definitely worth experiencing. The building has a beautiful nostalgic feel, and you can tell there’s a lot of history within its walls. I loved walking through the lobby, admiring the artwork, décor, and all of the little details that give the hotel its classic personality. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the views from my room and appreciated having some quiet time to relax and recharge. It made for a great summer staycation and a nice memory. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was parking. I was able to find street parking nearby without much difficulty, which saved me from paying for valet. That said, there are a few areas that could use some updates. The bathroom definitely shows its age and would benefit from a restoration or renovation. The TV could also use an upgrade to a smart TV with more channels and streaming options. I also noticed there isn’t a pool, which may be something some travelers are looking for. Overall, the staff was pleasant, the amenities were sufficient, and the atmosphere was warm, quiet, and full of history. Despite a few improvements I’d love to see, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely consider returning for another relaxing getaway.

Staff and service were amazing. The building is soooo impressive. Hotel bar is great and mix amazing cocktails. Also - location. The Lord location is prime. Walking distance to so many areas downtown. Gotta stress that part before talking about what can be improved. The building, the loby, the facilities are all very impressive, but the rooms feel dated and cheap. This can be a real gem if the esthetics and style of the public areas could drip into the rooms themselves.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Lord Baltimore Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The room was comfortable, and all the common areas were spotless. I also loved the beautiful historic atmosphere and elegant interior. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Baltimore. Highly recommended!

The room was neat and clean, pretty basic. Bathroom could use an update. The customer service, however, was excellent! We were there in April for a large cheer competition and they were very accommodating with parking after our check out time. We also had to contact them about a missing smart watch. Housekeeping turned it in to security, and the hotel shipped it back to us. The entire process was quick and efficient. What made it better was that I was able to do almost all communication through texting, which I highly prefer. Overall, it’s a good place to stay especially due to its walking distance to many key attractions and excellent communication.

The lobby is pretty with old architectural design. The room is average, bathroom is small and older looking. Location in the whole downtown area is rundown looking. The valet people were great and very helpful when needing advice on walking distance attractions, etc.
