A must stay. We did the house tour with Jonathan yesterday afternoon. It was really fun. It’s neat seeing all the rooms and hearing the story. What I liked even more: staying overnight in the house! It was just my friend and me plus two other guests. We had full range of the house to explore and do our own ghost hunt. It was really fun especially because the other guests wanted to join us. I stayed in the John Morse room. A LOT of activity all night. I got little sleep 😅 We had a lot of success with the investigation. I suggest bringing equipment with you if you have it. We rented from the company and that has a great selection of tools.

Such an incredible home! It’s such a stunning property both inside and out, clearly taken very good care of by its owners. My father and I stayed in the Abby & Andrew Suite. The room was extremely clean and well decorated with historical facts. I’ve worked for over a decade at a historic, family-run B&B in NY, and it’s such a pleasure to see another historic home being cared for and preserved. Jonathan was the most wonderful tour guide, and it was such a pleasure getting to see a full walkthrough of the home. His knowledge was extensive, and he was very interactive with us as guests. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I wish I could've stayed there...I took the full tour, and Megan, our guide, was completely charming and informative. She was as spooky as the audience required and as historically savvy as I needed for ongoing research on this house and its inhabitants. (I narrate audiobooks, including historical true crime). No matter how many books you read on the Lizzy Borden house, you really do have to see it in person to get a feel for how the room sizes actually are, and how weird it is walking through a house with conjoined rooms and no hallways. I must say, that it was charmingly modernized in quiet ways: The air conditioning was appreciated during the heatwave the week I came, the facilities are clean and efficient, and the beds and bedding soft. I'll need to come again just to see all the artifacts in detail. I only wish there were more variety of books in the giftshop, especially with the Fall River Historical Society still closed for renovations in the summer of 2026.

Karen was an exceptional guide. From the moment the tour began, her knowledge of the case, the house, and the historical context was evident. She presented the facts thoughtfully, separating documented evidence from speculation, while still making the experience engaging and suspenseful. What stood out most was her storytelling ability. Karen brought the events to life without sensationalizing them, encouraging questions and making everyone feel involved. She shared fascinating details about the investigation, the trial, and the lives of the Borden family that went far beyond what most people already know. Her enthusiasm for the history of the house was contagious, and it was clear she genuinely enjoys sharing it with visitors. Whether you’re a true crime enthusiast, a history buff, or just curious about one of America’s most famous unsolved murder cases, Karen’s tour is absolutely worth it. She struck the perfect balance between historical accuracy, respect for those involved, and an entertaining.

Stayed here for my thirty fourth birthday and woke up in the m*rderer's room ☠️ did the tour at 330 before our check-in at 530 on Friday, July 31st and our tour guide, Forgive me, I don't remember her name, BUT she was very lovely. Very fun and informational. I enjoyed listening to her tell us about everything as we walked through the house and she showed us things while holding an axe 😂. They have prop dummies out where the incidents took place, which is very fun. Every room has informational photos and very cool memorabilia for you to look at and check out, and you are allowed to take pictures on the tour. This is something that's been on the bucket list for me and my fiance for a long time and i'm so glad we did it.
