The story
About Kennebunk Inn
The Kennebunk Inn is a charming 1799 Inn located in the heart of downtown Kennebunk. The original building was built as a private residence by Phineas Cole in 1799 and later converted to a hotel in 1928. It is known for its 'haunted heritage,' with rumors that Silas Perkins, a former clerk who passed away in the mid-twentieth century, continues to inhabit the property.
