Really interesting stop and definitely worth doing. You learn all about Jennie Wade and her family, and it gives you a different perspective of the battle from the civilian side. It’s a bittersweet story, but hearing how her sister made sure she was remembered is heartwarming. The guided tour is about 45 min, very informative and is worth visiting for a full Gettysburg experience.

The Jennie Wade tour was AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Took my 9 year old grandson. He was engaged the whole time, asked questions and loved it also. The book store is quaint and has a large variety of gifts. Something for everyone. Enjoy!

Touring this house was an amazing experience. The house is well preserved and is a time capsule and living memorial to Jennie Wade, the only civilian to be killed during the Battle of Gettysburg.

We took the Jennie Wade Museum Night Tour and absolutely loved it! Our guide, Chris, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, kind, and animated. She shared so much interesting history and made the experience engaging for everyone. There was a young girl who seemed nervous about the spirits, and Chris was so caring and reassuring, letting her know we were all safe and there was nothing to fear. Her kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this tour. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing 10/10 The tour guide Erin was extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny, and never rushed anyone on tour. Do keep in mind before arriving, no ghost hunting during the tours. Side note though, I 100% got pushed while in the cellar near the bench they say Jennie's dad sits at. We didn't know where we were standing until after my brother watched me be pushed backwards. So all around REALLY COOL!
