This was a really fun escape room! Just to be clear, this is not the same thing as the haunted house! The escape room is not scary, at least the one we did. It had a lot of good puzzles, and was overall pretty challenging. We really enjoyed it! It is by appointment only so when we arrived, we were the first one there and therefore it was still locked and nobody was there. But overall a great experience and we would go back!

Brett was our game master at Hysterium Escapes. He's a great day, very well informed on what makes a good escape room and knows all the Hotspots around town and nationwide. These g1 rooms are challenging and engaging. You'll have few shortage of puzzles when tackling these rooms with your friends/family. I would highly recommend doing the Starlet room first, and then work your way up to the Office Agent room! Plan a fun night out with friends or a date with the spouse--Check out Hysterium and you'll not be disappointed!

We went here as our first date with some friends and had a really good time. The scares were fun.

Just took the entire family for a fun night out. Amazing attention to detail, excellent atmosphere, and the haunt actors were perfect in their roles. Some of the props and dressings are pure genius and (not to give it away and spoil your fun) the introduction and outro gimmicks are perfection and set the tone perfectly. We had a great time and it was the perfect balance of horror, attitude, fun, confusion, and effects. Well worth the money; we'll be back.

The hysterium was quite an experience and I've been to a couple scared centers in my day! The actors did their job very well and the staff was informative and courteous. I even had the opportunity to test their customer service as I purchased a damaged shirt and they were very kind and speedy to replace it for free! I would love to return on the nights they offer the full contact and blackout events! Overall great experience and I will be returning!
