About Hulihee Palace
Built in 1838 by High Chief John Adams Kuakini, Hulihe‘e Palace served as a summer vacation home for Hawaiian royalty. Today, it is a museum showcasing koa wood furniture, royal portraits, and artifacts from the era of King Kalākaua and Queen Kapi‘olani.
