Stayed here for a long weekend in April for our first time visiting New Orleans and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We are able to check in several hours early and our room was beautiful. The daily housekeeping was impeccable and they always left our room looking brand new. The location was also great and we loved the Carousel Bar. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monteleone! The location in the heart of the French Quarter is simply perfect for exploring New Orleans. The hotel is beautiful, full of history and charm, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and very quiet. We also loved the rooftop pool and, of course, the iconic Carousel Bar, which is a must-visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip to New Orleans so special!

Hotel Monteleone is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at—far exceeding even the Ritz-Carlton and other luxury hotels I’ve visited. I stayed here for my birthday trip during an extremely busy weekend, yet the level of service never wavered. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the room service was outstanding. What truly set this hotel apart was how personable every staff member was. I felt that they genuinely paid attention to my needs and were always happy to help without ever making me feel like they expected anything in return (although I gladly tipped because the service was exceptional). Every day I was greeted with smiling faces, and at night, security checked room keys before allowing access to guest areas, which made me feel very safe. Housekeeping went above and beyond by thoughtfully organizing my belongings, and I never once worried about my valuables—everything I left in the room remained exactly as it should. Honestly, I cannot think of a single thing this hotel could improve on. The entire experience was flawless, and Hotel Monteleone has earned a loyal guest. This will be the only hotel I book when visiting New Orleans. They truly made my birthday trip unforgettable and absolutely worth every penny.

The rooftop pool at Hotel Monteleone was one of the highlights of our girls’ trip to New Orleans! We spent two different days at the pool in between our NOLA adventures, and it was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun, and the food and drinks were excellent. The poolside service made it easy to settle in and enjoy the day. A special thank you to Samantha, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable, even during busy times. She helped us find chairs, made sure towels were available, and was even checking that guests had sunscreen. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. Christine and Angie at the bar crafted fabulous New Orleans-style cocktails and added to the fun with their friendly service. Tavi, our server, kept us well fed, checked on us regularly, and made sure our space stayed clean and comfortable throughout the day. The entire team delivered exceptional hospitality and helped make our girls’ getaway even more memorable. We looked forward to returning each day and would absolutely recommend the rooftop pool experience to anyone staying at Hotel Monteleone. 🍹☀️🏙️💕

I was here for a week long conference and it was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect for walking around. The bar was amazing with good drinks and even better atmosphere. Even if you don't drink, go! Its a must. And they have an alcohol free menu that doesnt disappoint!
