Saw their ad @ local food lion newspaper stand walking in. Looked up their website to see what attractions they had to offer along w/prices. They had several activities along w/many different price pkgs. Thought the hayride & maze combo was reasonably priced. & only $5 parking fee. So, decided to take my 23 & 15 y.o. to ck them out for my bday & we were not disappointed. Spacious area to walk around after you enter. Be careful bc they'll have you jump scared right from the start. Lol The hayride was great bc they had many different scenes you drive thru & great animatronics & the ppl were great too. The maze was scary w/ a lot of jump scares & actors were great there too. There were games to play, food to eat, a gift shop, & an outdoor movie area. You can tell they put a lot of time & effort into making this a great destination for some spooky fun. The staff was very nice & the characters sure enjoyed scaring me & everyone else but were very pleasant when they weren't. LOL I can't stress enough just how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend this place for your spooky fun destination. šŸ‘šŸ˜„

Right off the bat, it was a bad first impression with charging $5 (+$2 processing fee, if you have to pay with card) for parking, on top of tickets to get in. I didn't see anything about an additional charge for parking on their site... I also feel like concessions were a little overpriced, considering you get a dollar-store tub of cotton candy for $5 and a 8 oz cup (if that?) of Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa for $2. Oh, and bring cash. Even just withdrawing cash from the ATM they have on site was an extra $5 charge... Anything with card had extra processing fees as well. I just felt really "nickel-and-dimed," which is kind of sad, because I'm usually really supportive of haunts! HOWEVER, as for the positive: They took back some favor with the opening ceremony. I love that they play the national anthem, and we had a fun scare to start off the night. The actors and actresses were all amazing, as they usually are, and we were pretty impressed with the hayride! My family and I have gone on a lot of haunted hayrides, and yet, this was a new experience for us! It was refreshing! We loved all the effort and attention to detail! The scenes were super spooky, and it was fun. My husband also liked The Darkness and said it was a new experience. I guess maybe just mention to bring cash on your site? I feel like had I known that paying for parking was a thing beforehand, it may not have been as much of an issue... We had purchased our tickets online... What if we hadn't had any other money? Idk... It just wasn't very welcoming and kinda put a bad feel to it... The staff were great, though!

This was so much fun. The costumess were amazing. I love the last ride. Wish it was a bit longer but it was fun the hayride and hells acres. Is well worth the wait. And the cast was great and didnt mind you taken photos. It did get busy fast so I be there at 7 when open. I had the best time and can wait to go back.

I have several favorite areas: the mad house, the hayride, and hell's acre. I will always volunteer to be a creation and have my picture taken. The scare actors are amazing. The dancing freddy is an added bonus while you wait in between attractions. I'll try my hardest to recruit more people to come along with me. Keep up the amazing work you do at Hollerin Haunts!!
