This is an incredible tour. You will know a lot about the history of the Main St. In Downtown Charlottesville and the histoy of many important buildings. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the history and about the people who lived and died in those buildings. I recomend the tour with my eyes closed.

My husband and I were the only ones on the tour. Our guide took her time and told us so many stories about the city, its history, and the ghosts. Highly recommend.

Think I caught my first orb on camera during this ghost tour. It was informative and semi-spooky. Our tour guide was great and she ask if we had questions often and answered well. I recommend bringing your own flashlight bc some areas are dark and tripping is possible. Not sure if it’s a regular thing but our tour didn’t end where it started which meant some people had to find their way back without the tour guide. The tour guide went on for the longer tour. If you’re directionally challenged that could be a problem. There are unhoused people in the area but no one paid us any mind. I love a good ghost tour and recommend this to anyone with a free evening in Charlottesville.

Unfortunately, this was really disappointing. Was not a ghost tour at all. It was a history tour about Thomas Jefferson and the KKK. The website was very misleading. The ghost stories were like “one time someone heard a cough but nobody was there” like ? Okay? For $26/person, I expected to be kidnapped by the ghosts themselves. Guide was really nice but she said “I don’t know” to a lot and was carrying her phone- so not very immersive. My group spent $156 to walk to street corners that we could’ve done for free or got paid for ;). Six, non- local 20 year old girls were left in a cemetery by themselves in the dark while everyone else paid 7 more dollars to “see” a prison. ALSO paid for an EMF and guide didn’t know what that was? Lol.
