N.E. RV Show ... If your looking for a new rig or for an upgrade, this RV show is a good place to start / check out what's new, hot & state of the art! Many manufacturers all under the same roof in a nice dry, heated showroom - all in one spot ... We clocked 1.85 miles walking down each & every isle, so wear some comfortable walking shoes! *They will except CASH only, no cards - although there is an ATM machine in the lobby! Ample parking in the parking garage next to the convention center, which is "credit card" only!

I left my laptop and bag at the center in June 2025. I drove home, five hours away, before realizing it. I thought someone grabbed it from my car as I was making trips from a different hotel to my room. I reported it stolen to my IT Dept. Nine months later, someone replied on LinkedIn to a reply I had made to a post, asking me to call a phone number in Connecticut. Soon enough I was talking to Sue Hoffler in the building's Security center. She had my backpack and laptop. It was another six weeks before I could make it to Connecticut to retrieve it. Another guy (Pete maybe?) was equally as helpful directing me to the exact gate and door to find them. Inside I met Sue, who told me "I was never going to give up on this!" She had unzipped a side pocket to find my business cards. We laughed, we hugged. What absolutely extraordinary customer service. Above and beyond doesn't cover it. What an amazing team you have there! Thank you Sue!

The building itself was very open and extremely clean. I liked the way it was laid out as well. The bathrooms were kind of small for a large convention center and needed updating. The parking lot was fairly confusing and lack of elevators was surprising. But all in all it was a nice play to attend an event.

My wife and I came here for the first time for the Home and Garden Show and what a fantastic experience! The facility was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I love visiting convention centers and admiring the architecture, and CCC is no exception. The parking garage was easily accessible and access to the hotel was easy as well.

An amazing facility which lends itself to large crowds. Located in downtown Hartford, next to the Marriott. Plenty of available parking. The facility has been host to some very large events but it can accommodate all types of events. We visited the Beyond Van Gogh, Beyond Monet which was phenomenal.
