Kings Dominion did not disappoint! The park was clean, beautifully landscaped, and the crowds were low making for a great day. Pantherian was running most of the day - we were able to ride it 3 times with very little wait. It lives up to the hype! The only downside was the locker situation at Twisted Timbers. I was told my small bag wouldn't fit in the free lockers available when riding the ride. I was forced to pay to rent a locker. Not a huge deal but I have used the exact same lockers in other parks with no problem. It seemed anyone carrying a bag no matter the size was told they couldnt use the free lockers. We enjoyed meeting and talking to other roller coaster enthusiasts from around the country. All in all a great time was had.

This was our 2nd visit to Kings Dominican. We absolutely love this park. If only it was closer we would come all the time. It's a beautiful park. There are tons on trees and lots of shade. Wait times for rides are very reasonable. All the rodes were open both days we visited. The show at the theater was very good. Staff members were all very nice.

We brought our 4 kids here today. Ages 13, 11, 10, and 7. All 4 had the absolute best time. The weather at 82 was perfect. The park was clean and not really that busy. We stayed from open till close. Every employee we came across was friendly. The only thing I will say is eat before you go. Food was very pricey. I made sure the kids had breakfast and we shared a lunch. Food was okay. We travel every summer and visit new theme parks and overall this was one of our best experiences.

Did a 2-day pass, was able to see most of the park in one day so the two-day wasn't really needed. However made the most of it and spent two full days there. Did all the coasters and the dry rides in one day and the water park in another. Water park is huge. Seems tiny at first but once you go over the bridge and get to the back area you realize how much more there is. One complaint is there are signs posted for the lazy River to stay and tube and to not be swimming Underwater yada yada, however, what seemed like thousands of kids just swimming around under people in their tubes just trying to relax in and out splashing everybody, knocking ppl out of their tubes treating it like their own personal pool. No whistles blowing nobody being told to get in a tube just kids everywhere Swimming underneath you. Made me a nervous wreck. Afraid somebody was going to get stuck under a tube. Aside from that Park staff was friendly. Food was okay theme Park food. I did find an antipasta salad at the pizza place which was really good.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited Kings Dominion yesterday, and it was a very disappointing experience. I understand weekends are busy, and waiting 30+ minutes for rides is expected. We came to enjoy the roller coasters and were prepared for the wait. My friend and I went to one of the biggest roller coasters in the park, and an employee told us it was closed and they didn’t know when it would reopen. So we went to other rides. Later, we noticed the coaster was running again, but we decided to come back after trying another ride. When we returned, the employee allowed some people to enter but not us. We waited nearby for about 20 minutes in the heat with the same explanation every time that they were close to reopening it, but they didn’t know when. Eventually, we gave up and left. About 10 minutes later, we saw the coaster running again. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. If a ride is closed, that’s understandable, but the park should be prepared for these situations and able to provide guests with at least an estimated wait time or update. If I can’t even ride the attractions I came for, it feels like a complete waste of money, especially with a no-refund policy. I drove two hours to visit the park and ended up dealing with these issues instead. They need to do better.
