About Granary Burying Ground
The Granary Burying Ground, located at 120 Tremont Street in downtown Boston, is the city's third oldest cemetery, established in 1660. It contains approximately 2,345 gravestones and tombs, with an estimated 5,000 people buried there, including Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Robert Treat Paine, Paul Revere, and victims of the Boston Massacre.
