About Gold Hill Hotel
The Gold Hill Hotel is the oldest hotel in Nevada, located in Gold Hill, one mile south of Virginia City. The historic property features rooms in the original 1861 stone structure as well as modern additions. It includes the Crown Point Restaurant and a historic saloon frequented by Mark Twain. The site is known for paranormal activity, particularly around the site of the Yellow Jacket mine collapse.
