Had the best time riding the trolley for 3 tours in 1 day on our first trip to Cape May! We did the combo tour of the daytime district tour and tour of the Physick Estate, then the holiday lights tour at 5:30. Each driver and tour guide did such a professional job, keeping us safe, while explaining the history of Cape May...so thankful to have booked these tours! We went to the kiosk booth at the corner of Washington and Ocean streets. They take card or cash..and give military or veteran discounts for each tour! Don't think the tour is sold out if that's what their website says...Joan and Barbara(super sweet ladies!) at the booth said they have tickets reserved to sell from their booth!:) totally worth every penny.

We loved the trolley tour! Our guide, Carol, was informative, jovial, and engaging beyond belief. The estate tour was also awesome! My one suggestion would be to have a modern seat or two on each floor so folks can sit if they are mobility impaired or just feeling a bit dehydrated. Everyone was so friendly. I loved everything I learned and am eager to plan my next visit.

We decided to devote one day to being 'touristy' in CM & spent a Sunday in July checking out all the local places. This trolley tour did not disappoint at all! The guide was extremely knowledgeable & kudos to the driver, CM is rich in history & there were plenty of great stories told. We took the basic show us all around CM tour & tell us about the homes & characters that lived here many moons ago. The homes are really gorgeous to look at & since this was only day 2 of our vaca we could appreciate it all the more later on during the week while walking. A thoroughly enjoyable way to learn the history of CM.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic professional courtesy here. My family arrived on time, but while I was circling for parking, the trolley tour guide was incredibly rude to my family when they asked if he could hold for just 2 minutes. After parking, I arrived at 1:32 for the 1:30 trolley ride. To make matters worse, when I called the number to ask for a refund for the missed ride, the phone operator was just as dismissive. When I mentioned I’d be leaving a review, she literally told me, 'Do it.' For a $100+ family experience, you expect hospitality, not hostility. Cape May has so many better ways to spend your time and money. Avoid this company until they retrain their staff on how to speak to paying customers.

Amazing tour guides! My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Physick mansion. My ONLY complaint regarding pace, is that for ALL the amazing things to see it felt very rushed. I wanted to ask questions but when it was offered to ask, it was two rooms ago asks not pertinent to what was being discussed. For $20 pp (which I'm more than happy to pay to restore our rich history) i just wish it hadn't been so rushed.
