It was a great experience overall! The only con is a long line (and the weather went colder and windier as we were standing there). But as we decided not to buy VIP - that was OK. However if you’re not OK with waiting, I would recommend you VIP ticket: those guys had a separated line and they didn’t wait at all when our line was moving like a tortoise. The staff was super nice. You’re entering with a small group (4-6 ppl) and they don’t separate families and groups of friends. The experience inside was not VERY scary but definitely nerve wracking, a lot of well used sound and visual effects can make one completely lost, and the actors are just perfect. They can be very close to you, but nothing really dangerous or inappropriate. No touching at all. (I want to add there was no scene in the bathroom at all, I think they removed it from the show or idk). It’s like you’re visiting one haunted place after another and you can’t choose what to visit or not. The experience takes about 30 minutes. I definitely liked it. Even the fact it wasn’t very long. (I think it COULD be longer but we were too afraid to loose another family that entered with us so they ran faster and we ran faster, lol). October 31st, 2025.

Underrated! Was a very good haunted house. Actors were really good and we really liked the flow of all the themes! Only complaint would be it’s goes by quick (we were in and out in 30 minutes) however we purchased the “vip” tickets so we were the only ones walking through so probably due to no one else being in there with us holding up a line.

I've been to Fright Factory several times, and the experience was great for each one. During the most recent visit, it was my son's first haunt. And though he didn't make it through it, the actors and staff were great. When my son started panicking, 2 actors broke character to calm him down to tell him it's okay, fun, and pretend. He still didn't want to stay, and a staff member escorted him and my husband through an emergency exit. The actors really interact with their guests before, during, and after the walk through. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Really enjoyed it, the actors were all great, a everyone in our group got a few good scares each and few got all 3 of us at once lol. For the price its great, they dont rely on fancy animatronics as much as a few of the other big haunts which is nice! Sets looked great! Line only took about 25 minutes to get in.

I am a very scary person in general and this definitely wasnt scarey. It was more interesting and funny than anything. They definitely did not scare me at all. Every corner and turn was predictable for the most part. Good for kids but not so much for adults thats looking for a scary fun time. It was scarier walking through the complete darkness to get to the starting point than it was walking through the factory itself. Also they did not start at 7 had to wait 45 mins for them to start allowing people in and once in line still had to wait in another line. Then again at a door. Then again to start The people who paid on line went in last because it was a lot more of us. People who paid on person got to go in quickly.
