We had a tour with Kaitlyn and she was amazing! My family loved the tour, we took our 2 kids and they had a blast! Loved the creepy ghost stories and the history! 10/10 recommend! We had so much fun and will definitely do another tour!

My family and I enjoyed this tour immensely! Our tour guide, Kaitlyn, was kind and very knowledgeable. My boys were thrilled with the stories she told and I love how that helped them learn some history as well. I highly recommend this particular tour, with one small* word of caution- you might not want to bring young children- serious adult situations are discussed in some cases. My boys are 13 & 10 and I felt some of the stories were a bit heavy for them, but honestly they savored every gory detail! What a great segue into Halloween.

I had a great time last night on the ghost tour. Our guide Kaitlyn was extremely knowledgeable on Franklin’s history and made the tour fun, fast paced, and very enjoyable!!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a few days and decided to join the ghost tour led by Joe on Saturday March 19. We had a really great time exploring the town and learned a lot of interesting facts both about general history of Franklin and plenty of spooky local stories as well. It was a really unique and fun way to spend the evening and I highly recommend taking a tour if you're in town! Joe was super charismatic, kind, and very entertaining. Well worth the money and time!

The wife and I had the pleasure of being guided by Courtney on the Franklin Ghost tour. She was very knowledgeable. A fantastic story teller and great with children as well as the adults. We highly recommend this tour!
