The actors are great but... We purchased a skip the line option which was a joke because we waited just as long as those with regular tickets. It was hot in line and it did take forever - 2 hours actually. The haunted portion was scary at times but those moments were few and far between. There were so many doors at the beginning, it was actually annoying. I think it could have been better - we likely won't return. The best part - by far it was the actors who visited us while we waited in line and were in the attraction.

It was truly fantastic! I am a big fan of Halloween, and I am so happy we had the opportunity to experience it twice this year thanks to this special Valentine's event. The only potential areas for improvement might be a longer maze and a more suitable location. It would have been even more enjoyable if the experience had lasted longer than 15 minutes. Nevertheless, it was an amazing night overall, and my partner and I had a wonderful time.

It was a super fun and scary experience! The dark atmosphere and holding a dim flashlight for a fun, horror adult experience was great. Loved the actors too; they made it interactive, personable, and fun :) I really appreciated that this was for adults and having the space to walk in the horror maze, without other participants being right behind you, made it extra fun The confusing thing was the different fast passes that I definitely wouldn’t buy again. Otherwise it was a fun time!

Bought tickets for 9-10pm and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes in line. Tickets were $34 and there were scare actors interacting with the people in line. The haunted house was pretty short, I think it was about 10 minutes. Not worth the long wait. The website is a bit misleading it says its 2 haunted houses, but its actually 2 connected ones so basically one. Lots of emptiness and just walls in some areas of the haunted house, not as many decorations. If you're going I recommend researching what times have the shortest wait or getting a fast pass.

The diamond tickets are totally worth it. They did a really good job. Our first time through was legit pretty heart-racing. Every time we went through, we noticed details we hadn’t registered before. Lots of attention paid to every inch. Great art direction, story, actors were fantastic. As HHN and original Blumhotel and LA Creep veterans, this was a ton of fun
