Dartford Cemetery

We went to this cemetery one fall evening, around dusk. We saw the Chiefs grave. It has a crude carving of him on it. At one point I snapped a photo. Later we looked back at the photo and it appeared his actual face was pushing thru the stone. Like 3 dimensional. It was on an old cell phone back before we knew how to get them off. So it’s gone with that phone. I really wish I would have figured out how to transfer it. Creeped us all out.

I recently took another trip over to this cemetery as i visit several haunted places when I make this trip. I can not say enough about how haunted and eerie this location is!! From the disembodies voice to the evp's caught without an electronic device. Adding an electronic device brings it to a whole new level of excitement. You can see shadow figures all year long. It is closed at dusk and opens at dawn. Every time I have been to this location for an investigation, it has never let me down.. Do not listen to the talk of residents who live near.. They will tell you it is not haunted so that you do not enter their town and bring attention to their town.. I have photos and recorded spirit box sessions. Give it a try.. You will not be let down!! DO NOT TRESSPASS.. This is a must!! You will get a huge fine and google map it. Near by people will steer you in the wrong direction if you ask where this cemetery is.. Have fun and follow the laws in this town. The cemetery is watched like a hawk.

I am not one to believe in the afterlife or hauntings. This cemetery has begun to change my mind. I experienced much of what other people are claiming about the cemetery. Shadowy figures, illuminated headstone, pic on headstone depicting cheif with moving eyes, almost holographic. I just moved to the area 9 months ago, and i know no one. Out of all the headstones the very 1st one i walk up to is a name i recognize. I too seen a figure kneeling on the graves, the time was 7:15pm.

I lived down the street from this cemetery for years. It's not haunted....but people like to make up stories for out of town idiots and stupid TV shows. That' being said, it's still a cool.

went there with a friend a few months ago... tv definitelymade it to be more of a secluded place but it really wasnt! It was a pleasure to visit green lake in general really loved the area! I wouldnt say this place is haunted but you do get kind of an Erie feeling there especially over by chief highknockers grave
