Our family enjoyed our visit to the Cress Creek Farm. We did the tour with Farmer Lee, which was a 45 minute tour, about how the family began the farm and information on sheep and other farm animals that they have. We also got to hold their baby sheep and feed them as well. We really appreciate their origin story. After the tour, we went to the store and learned about different cuts of lamb; we look forward to trying some lamb chops soon. They also have a lot of baked goods, along with wool socks, clothing, honey, beef, pork, eggs, and so much more. Our kids had such a delightful time! We will definitely visit again soon.

A community gem!! Our second time at Cress Creek Farm and it's the best. The owners are so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. The store is literally amazing! You can purchase feed for Kevin, the babydoll sheep. Highly recommend the baby lamb tour! We held baby lambs and learned so much about sheep. So grateful this farm is open to the public it is such a gift!!!

We had the most amazing time at Cress Family Farms! If you have young kids, this place is a must-visit. My children, ranging in age from 1 to 7, had a blast from start to finish. The lambs are incredibly sweet and precious, and getting to see the adorable barn kittens was the absolute icing on the cake. My kids also loved spotting all the different birds living on the property.Beyond the animals, the u-pick sunflower field is beautiful and makes for incredible photos. Before leaving, we stopped by the farm store and picked up some delicious home-baked goods and fresh, farm-raised meat. As a parent, I also really appreciated how clean the bathrooms were! We had a perfect day and will definitely be coming back again soon!

We had such an amazing time visiting this farm in Ellijay! Getting to pet all of the newborn lambs and sheep was absolutely the highlight of the trip — the animals were so sweet and well cared for. The hay ride was beautiful and relaxing, and there were sheep everywhere to see and interact with. They also have the cutest little farm store stocked with fresh local products like lamb, chicken, beef, eggs, duck eggs, and more. Everything felt so authentic and family-oriented. You can tell the owners truly care about their animals and creating a wonderful experience for visitors. If you’re looking for a fun family outing, especially with kids, this place is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience! The farm store with delicious baked goods and delectable meats. The hay ride through the property to holding a lamb! Great educational experience, great family experience, great experience overall! We're so glad we stopped on a whim. We will be back!
