The highlight for me was seeing the massive pumpkins on display — it’s unbelievable how big they can grow! The food vendors were great too, offering everything from traditional fair favorites to local specialties. It does get crowded, especially in the afternoons and evenings, so going early in the day or during the week is a good idea.

The pumpkin show was great. A lot of vendors and rides were there. My favorite classic rides were there too! There were tons of little booths with crafts and nic nacs. There were tons of food vendors, but hardly any seating. The one road had chairs lined along it, but had reserve notes on them, so we didn't think they were for public seating. That was my only issue. I'm not a fan of walking and eating when I need of both hands. But otherwise, we had a pumpkin cheesecake filled Canolli, and I wish I took a picture because it was award winning, in my eyes! On top of it all, someone with a very similar last name from mine had huge pumpkins at the competition and it made my day! I loved my time at the pumpkin show! It was the first time in a long time that we have went!

Wednesday morning is weigh in day. Not to be missed. Enjoyed with a Lindsey's pumpkin 🎃 donut. Later, a trip to Tootle's with a drink and lunch from Bessie's beef and noodles. Then walk it off with a trip around the festival!

Beautiful city, I love the fall fair every year, it's honestly the best in Ohio and I'll definitely be back next year, highly recommended.

This has been on my bucket list for years, I was disappointed, I imagined that this event would be on a big pumpkin farm with beautiful fall decorations. The event is held in the downtown streets it includes carnival rides, games and every type of carnival food that you can think of. Venders are set up as well and the prices on most everything was ridiculous. Parking is $20 and restrooms are few and far in between.
