My husband and I throughly enjoyed this tour! Jason was an amazing tour guide. He is very educated on everything he told us about. He made the tour fun, spooky and exciting! I’m so glad your hat didn’t get lost forever Jason and I will hit you up when I’m able to book room 311 and see if Joel comes out ok šŸ˜‚ This trip was a quick get away for our anniversary, we may have to make it a tradition. We really wanna come back and do the graveyard hunt. I got Joel the EMF reader and we got to do some investigating with that. It was just a really great time. Thank you so much Jason! ~Holly and Joel

Went on a tour with my daughter and her best friend. Our tour guide was Jonathan, and he did a fantastic job of sharing both history and ghost stories. We learned alot about Chattanooga. My daughter took her EMF reader and had the best time.

We visited this weekend and had Jason and Carley as our guides! Both guides were amazing and our tour turned into what could be called an investigation. In the photo of what used to be an asylum I can make out the face of a boy in the window. This is intriguing and he feels very pained to me. I have always been what Jason called a ā€˜sensitive’. I feel energy different than others. Most of the places we visited were fine energy wise in my opinion. Although, towards the end of the tour we came to the courthouse. Along the front of the courthouse is lined with limestone which always carries metaphysical energy which can be felt, but there stands a very tall tree which I was immediately drawn too. I asked Jason if we could go to the tree and he immediately accommodated to the request which was very meaningful to me. I don’t often let myself be vulnerable around new people but I had to touch this tree. As I touched the tree I could tell horrible things had happened there. Jason told us that there had been a tree next to it that was taller where people had been hung. As I touched the tree I spoke to it (I told no one I did this, as most would find this odd). I said to the tree ā€œyou’ve seen awful things haven’t you, your roots were intwined with the otherā€ and I took a deep breath and joined the group again. I said nothing else but a man on the tour had a type of spirit box and the box said ā€œshe told meā€ and everyone turned to me. I could no longer hold the emotions in and immediately started crying which happens to me when I’m overwhelmed by others energy. I told the group that I had spoken to the tree after that. This isn’t something I often share, and I’m thankful our guides gave us the space to be our authentic selves. I made sure to visit the tree again before we left to thank it for allowing me to bear the emotions of its past. With that being said, I highly suggest that anyone who goes on this tour and sees this tree you take a moment to consider everything it has seen. Trees hold energy and spirit. Take a moment to honor those who lost their lives next to this tree. Touch it, talk to it, honor it, and most of all take care of it. The tree is in the left of the photo we have of the courthouse (I regret not getting a better photo). Thank you to our guides and the experience! I also appreciate Jason having a cleansing ritual at the end of the tour as well. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time on the ghost tour! It was a perfect combination of history and spooky Chattanooga flavor while walking off our dinner getting around town on foot! The guide is really what makes an experience like this, and truly Jason was extraordinary! I would do any tour he hosted. Major props! And appreciation for a fun night! I like supporting the original ghost tour company in town as well. Well done team. - Jennifer and Steve

We had a fantastic time learning about Chattanooga's history and darker side. Maria did an excellent job keeping us engaged and answering our questions. Great way to spend an evening. Would definitely recommend!
