My friends and I attended a tour hosted by Rachel, and she was an absolute delight. Rachel was energetic, engaging, and passionate about her job, which is something you don’t find often with a tenured employee. Throughout the tour, Rachel showed respect toward the deceased while also maintaining the eerie element of the supernatural. Her storytelling abilities were impeccable, there were many times where I could easily picture what she was describing in my head. My friends and I have been on many ghost tours, but Rachel was by far the most personable guide out of all of them. The tour itself was educational and entertaining, but not overwhelmingly gory or grandiose. It did not feel like the guide was fed a script laced with stereotypes meant to elicit cheap scares, instead you could feel the weight of history’s cruelties and the rawness of an ever evolving twisted world. I would 100% recommend this tour to those curious in the paranormal and the history of the Carolinas.

We had an AMAZING time on the tour with Guide Rachel. She's an awesome guide! Thank you for a great first experience for my son. On the tour, we all saw a few people standing in the alley way, BUT not quite sure who the two figures are on the SIDE of the Biltmore Hotel Building. Looks like one was trying to catch the other from falling. Hmmm... Any guess??

I treated my bff with the ghost tour for her birthday and we loved everything about it! Our guide, Oliver, was exceptional and I learned so much about my hometown and locations in downtown with paranormal activity- plus, I captured an Orb (see parking lot pic) - highly recommend!

Our guide, Rachel, presented an amazingly captivating experience through her storytelling on the Greensboro ghost tour. You can tell that not only has she been a tour guide for many years but her background in the theatre and history provides the best storytelling of the past and it was a memorable venture into the supernatural. Rachel's storytelling skills were exceptional, seamlessly weaving historical facts with chilling legends to create an immersive experience. Each stop on the tour was meticulously chosen, and the guide’s ability to blend local lore with personal anecdotes added an authentic touch to the ghostly tales. Rachel’s engaging manner kept the group captivated throughout, and their deep knowledge of the area’s haunted history enriched the experience. Whether recounting eerie occurrences in historical buildings or sharing spine-tingling stories from old graveyards, their passion for the subject was evident and infectious. For those interested in ghost stories and local history, this tour is a must. It strikes a perfect balance between entertainment and education, making it an engaging choice for both enthusiasts and casual participants. The experience left me with a new appreciation for the eerie and mysterious side of local folklore.

A friend and I went with a group of 4 on this tour and it was amazing! 👌 The guide is funny, full of wit, and knows her stuff when it comes to these locations. I love that she has a deep love of history therefore knows tidbits and facts others may not. ☺️ We had a blast, lasted an hour and half, and absolutely will be making another trip on another tour with this same guide if possible! It was 80 degrees and lined up perfectly with the sunset. I wore jeans and was very comfortable the whole time. Bring water as there are a few inclines I wish I had brought mine along for 😅 Have a blast and watch your peripherals 👀
