The Basement delivered an energetic vibe from start to finish, with engaging actors who kept the experience fun and immersive. It was an absolute blast and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great haunt experience. Thanks to Jason and Tressa for helping bring nightmares to life! 🎃👻

extremely fun & worth the price to get vip admission, instead of waiting for two hours, we got in within maybe 5-10 minutes. they did a great job of separating groups, so you don’t end up in a clump of 15+ people where all of the scares are ruined. i’ve been to many haunts, and this is certainly one of the best. they have a dj booth playing music while you’re in line, which is a great touch and pumps up the vibes. the scare actors all seem so genuinely excited to be there, interact, and scare of course! which makes a hugeee difference. they really work to entertain and scare you, they balance the animatronics and actors ratio perfectly. the entrance room before you start is so sick, and i loved all of the silent hill like props/design in the first few walkways. shoutout to the ballerina & the piggyman, they were my fav actors 😍🙏🏻

This was a great experience. actors were in their roles. very active in either scaring you, or even make you smile (if you are really scared). from actors outside to the characters inside. decoration, and the amount of efforts that has been put in this place really requires five star by itself. once you are done with the main attraction, there is part two. with your 3D glasses, you will be amazed of how much planning the team has done to give you the ultimate experience. my favorite part was the tunnel at the end which confuses your brain with the 3D affects.

Actors were fun, they do festive themed haunts during other times of the year. The Christmas one was actually scary and long so its definitely worth the money. And the actors blow you sweet delicious kisses. Merry Christmas!

We got there around 7 and maybe had to wait 15 minutes!! The actors while you wait in line multiple times scare you and creep up on you. Overall the quality of the haunted house was extremely impressive and I loved every second of it, jumped and screamed many times!! The bundle ticket with 3d haunted house is so worth it bc we get to go to Disturbia now next weekend also . CANT WAIT SO Worth the 50$!!
