I want to share my experience with this towing company because the situation was extremely stressful and frustrating. First, I will acknowledge that the parking sticker on my vehicle was harder to see due to dust and the way the sticker had rolled slightly. However, the employee did physically go out and verify that the sticker was in fact present on the vehicle. Despite confirming that the vehicle did have a valid sticker, there was no attempt to reduce or reconsider the charges. I understand the tow truck driver still performed a service and deserves to be paid, but charging full price after confirming the sticker was there felt unreasonable. Second, the pricing itself felt excessive and inconsistent. The sign near my apartment states towing starts around $200, yet we were charged an additional $150 because the vehicle is all-wheel drive and required a dolly. I understand special equipment may sometimes be necessary, but being charged such a large additional fee for equipment I never requested felt unfair — especially when other towing companies reportedly charge far less for that same service. To make matters worse, two vehicles connected to the same situation were towed, and both were charged approximately $450 each. Altogether, the total cost ended up being close to $900, which felt extremely excessive given that valid parking stickers were ultimately verified on the vehicles. Third, the payment policy created an unnecessary hardship. The company would only accept cash for impounds, despite accepting cards for regular towing services. I understand businesses may have had issues in the past, but if credit cards are accepted for one service, it seems unreasonable not to allow them for another — especially in stressful situations where people unexpectedly lose access to their vehicle. I had my daughter with me, no access to my car, and then had to arrange transportation both to the tow yard and to the bank just to retrieve the vehicle. Meanwhile, storage fees continue increasing daily. Lastly, the customer service was disappointing. When questions were asked about payment policies and possible alternatives, the responses felt dismissive and rude. Instead of trying to work with us or explain things professionally, the conversation quickly became confrontational and ended abruptly. I also requested copies of the original tow photos, timestamps, and vehicle documentation from the company for transparency purposes, but did not receive the information I asked for. At the end of the day, I understand towing companies have a job to do, and I take accountability for the fact that the sticker was not immediately obvious due to dust and placement. However, once the sticker was physically verified on the vehicle, the situation could have been handled with far more fairness, professionalism, and transparency. Instead, the experience felt unnecessarily punitive, financially excessive, and dismissive during an already stressful situation. I hope the company reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.

10 🌟 if I could. I was looking to move my parents car. The price quoted was the price on delivery. They asked all the right questions to make sure they brought the correct equipment/truck ect for the job. I didn't expect it done on the same day but within hours they were on it & called me halfway to update me (it was a far haul). Donny was not only friendly but I felt went above & beyond. He put the car exactly where we needed it. Everyone (Danielle) was so friendly & helpful. They made a very stressful situation into an easy fix. They will always be my go to & my recommendation!! Thank you After Hours Towing!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shady family owned company with horrible customer service, they removed my vehicle from a parking spot and I even had a sticker clearly visible in the front of my windshield, this company is the dirtiest , slimiest pieces of work I have ever witnessed first hand. It is shame to know this company even exists. How they stay in business you ask? They Charge 450 dollars to get your car back when it shouldn’t have even been towed in the first place! It is a straight crime , I am disgusted by this dirt-ball of a company disguising themselves as a legitimate towing company. I REPEAT- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will be doing my due diligence in reporting this company.

This is a fantastic towing company. I had a situation where my truck had broken doors with no hatches so the doors would swing open. Unlike other towing companies, this place helped me secure the doors, and towed the truck with ease at a way better price. The lady on the phone was super helpful as well.

Yes, I understand I was parked somewhere I shouldn’t have been. That part is on me. But what is NOT justifiable is being charged $450 for a tow that was less than 5 miles and having my vehicle for under 8 hours. I was charged $300 for the tow, which included a $50 per day storage fee that started the minute they hooked my car — not even giving me a fair chance to retrieve it. On top of that, they added another $150 for “extra equipment.” For what? Less than 5 miles down the road. To make it worse, they don’t even open before 9 a.m., which conveniently prevents you from getting your vehicle back sooner and avoiding additional fees. The whole setup feels designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of people during a stressful situation. This isn’t about accountability, I accept that I shouldn’t have parked there. This is about excessive, predatory pricing that takes advantage of the community. If you support businesses like this, you’re supporting practices that prioritize profit over fairness. Be aware of what you could end up paying.
