We had an amazing tour with Wil! She had us laughing so much and told us so many good stories we’d never heard about Chicago even after being here so many times. She was so energetic and so charismatic that it made the tour even better! Segways are so fun themselves but she really added to the fun of the tour!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our Absolutely Chicago Segway Tour of the museum campus. After a short lesson in which we succeed the simple skills needed for safety and navigation, we were off to see the city. We enjoyed gliding along on the segways, and our tour guide, Colton, was great! He provided interesting information about the sites along the way and kept the group safe at all times. Very fun excursion! I highly recommend this company for a fun city adventure.

I never ever thought I’d ride a Segway, but when I saw this as an activity to do, I signed up. My tour guide was Tammy and she was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Chicago and just in general a fun local to talk to. I was a bit nervous to drive the Segway but she was a good teacher and kept it simple and kept us informed/warned of what was upcoming and how to handle bumps, gravel etc. This was totally worth the price and something I would absolutely do again one day.

I wanted to love my experience with an eBike tour put on by this Segway company, but a few execution flaws made that difficult. The operator does not size your bike. They also didn't adjust seats or handlebars, just started us off and within a block we stopped to do those things because riding is difficult if you don't. Additionally, we had 3 women and 1 man but only 2 women's bikes. I volunteered to take the extra male bike as I have ridden ebikes before where the other two women had not. Big mistake. Even with the seat all the way down it was too tall for me. I could only touch my tiptoes down when stopping, and because these bikes are HEAVY (imma guess 25lbs or more), this led to the bike falling over on me at multiple stops. My legs are literally black and blue. Speaking of stopping, given the poorly sized bike, it helps to know when the group is stopping so I could maneuver the bike carefully. Our guide was very unclear on his directions which caused the worst of my falls. Overall would not recommend even though I love biking and the tour stops. My photos bely my experience. It's just dangerous to operate in the way they are for the ebike tour. It should be a couple of simple fixes though to get it right.
