Love! This is the longest haunted house, it’s like warehouses size. Lines are extremely long, get the VIP ticket totally worth it! There is more to see across the street too. Great for photos!

I absolutely love haunted houses and was super excited about this one. My husband and I had a trip planned to New orleans this past weekend, (Oct 18th-20th), so we decided to drive an extra hour or so to this haunted house. We did seance, it was pretty cool. Then we decided to add VIP to our tickets for the haunted house. I honestly feel like that was a mistake. It was not worth the extra $80+. To no fault of anyone, it started raining almost as soon as we got in line, they DID pass out ponchos but they also started rushing people through. A group of teenagers in front of us literally ruined almost the entire thing for us and the people behind us. The last 10 min (-/+) we were finally able to break free of the over dramatic teens in front and we were actually able to enjoy that time. The theatrics were great and there were a couple of jump scares (could've been more had they not all been ruined before we got to them.) I think its definitely worth going for locals but I wouldn't travel 3+ hours again or pay an extra $80+ for the vip pass. And if you do go, PLEASE check the forecast, if it starts raining you will be rushed through it and your whole experience will be ruined. 3 stars are for the theatrics, costumes, and actors that tried to make it great when they saw most if it was being ruined for us (they really deserve 5) but the fact that we voiced to the guides our concerns and they acted like they didnt care after we spent so much money to go definitely takes some stars off. Im not normally picky about things like this and im not normally a complainer but i just really feel like this whole experience that I had been looking forward to for a few weeks was completely ruined.

Just left their opening night 2025. It was amazing! I could not believe how amazing the sets were - especially the sewer area. We came to NOLA from NY with 13th gate being one of the main reasons for this trip and it was definitely worth it. This year they have a new interactive Seance experience which was great too and would recommend if you have the time. It was about 30 minutes. The midway had some great photo ops too!

It was great. All new. Longer and scarier than previous years. All the new stuff across the street is perfect to fill your time. Laser mazes, mini escape rooms, band stage and the new Séance is great. Definitely worth the money and the time.

An amazing experience is an understatement . This place has a life long customer! Went with a group of four and literally all of us walked out smiling from ear to ear! The employees , the actors , the props , the well thought out scenes are just amazing . For sure an experience I’ll never forget! Oh and the seance, LOVED IT!! Such amazing actors . Just an all around amazing experience. If you don’t know if you should come here next year or not , you should .
