The story

About 13th Floor Haunted House Denver

is one of Colorado’s largest professional haunted attractions, combining multiple experiences with a Halloween midway and optional entertainment upgrades. The attraction is designed as a complete night out rather than a single maze, with themed environments, live actors, special effects, games, food, drinks and additional experiences surrounding the main haunts. New concepts are introduced regularly, giving each season its own collection of stories and scares. The 2026 event operates on selected nights from, extending beyond Halloween for guests who want a later-season . Its large-scale production and mix of supernatural, creature and slasher themes have helped make 13th Floor a recognizable name in the Halloween scene.

13th Floor Haunted House Denver provided an incredibly fun and thrilling experience with impressive special effects, creative set designs, and an exciting atmosphere from beginning to end. The attraction was immersive and highly detailed, with themed rooms, dramatic lighting, sound effects, and talented actors that created a genuinely entertaining haunted house experience. I especially appreciated the creativity and effort that went into the decorations and interactive scares throughout the attraction. The atmosphere felt exciting, energetic, and perfectly designed for Halloween season and horror fans. The staff members and performers were professional, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable experience for guests. The lines and event organization were handled efficiently, and everything throughout the venue appeared organized and professionally managed. This is definitely one of the best haunted attractions in Denver and highly recommended for groups, friends, and anyone looking for a fun and spooky night out.

Came her for the Merry Krampus event. Love the place! Awesome props, house full of great actors with pretty awesome make up! Definitely looking forward to come back for the spooky season or any other special event!

Three different lines for three different houses for entry tickets! Waits weren’t too long on a weekend. There is a bar and food truck, both very reasonable in price. I only jumped one time total between all three houses, the scares weren’t great in my opinion but the creativity, exhibits, and everything else was awesome! It’s well thought out in design and love how they have mini escape rooms, cabanas for rent, and an extra scare to purchase tickets for. Lastly, they had a ticket booth with already printed photos and folders ready, making it an easy purchase!

First time visiting 13th Floor last night. PROS Environment is great, you get three haunted houses for the price of one, and lines were long but moved quickly and to a detriment, IMO. Seemed like GA tickets moved just as efficiently as fast pass lines. The decor and props looked great and were creative. CONS Sadly, the haunted houses weren’t scary at all. We love haunted houses and were disappointed with our experience last night. There weren’t very many actors throughout the mazes. The few actors that were placed around were alright. Groups weren’t spaced out at all so it felt more like a tour with special effects rather than a scare experience. Hence why the lines to get in didn’t feel too long. We opted for the secret bar where we were supposed to get a specialty cocktail and got a small shot of some sweet liquor instead. They have a color code system to indicate the which additional add-ons you purchased and give you a glow stick to wear. We weren’t told about this and learned about it by asking some workers after we purchased drinks at the bar. The bartenders were the ones that gave out the glow sticks, so that just felt off they didn’t ask if we had add-ons initially. Thankfully, we didn’t have to go back through the line and were able to go to the side of the bar to get the glow sticks. Overall, I think there’s great potential, but there is A LOT of room to improve.

I only went here once. Instead of enjoying the haunt with my group, the following group was let in too soon and actually joined us..... Well, it ruined the entire experience for my group due to the screaming of others. I would never do this again even if you paid me. It wasn't that great for the money. I've been to better haunted houses
