I had a great experience at the gift shop thanks to Jay. He took the time to help me find the perfect shirt and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy with my purchase. It’s not often you come across someone who is both professional and down to earth, but Jay was exactly that. If you’re stopping by the gift shop, I highly recommend asking for him. Great customer service all around!

Was a lot of fun. The spacing of groups could be longer. We ended up being behind a group of 2 that was slow and they messed up a lot of scares for us bc monsters were resetting as we were walking by. There was a large group behind us that caught up with us due to the back up. If it was not for that they would have had a better review.

This was the first time Me experiencing the 13th floor haunted house. I went with my partner. I love haunted houses. And this is one of the best ones I’ve been to so far this year. My partner just join me he found it scary but it was so much fun for me. There was an adult only section, I think they make kids exit, because the second half has more people those things. The setup is really good and the characters play really good role. They cannot touch, but they do come pretty close to you. I’m glad there were no bad smells in the inside. If I get an opportunity, I’ll definitely go there again. There is street parking, but we might have to walk quite a bit go early before your reservation. There is paid parking as well, which is just next to the entrance. They have different options of the tickets and if you want to enter and one time was not enough, with that ticket you can re-enter. There is a long wait time and they do not start on time. If you take on your time in the evening, you still have to wait a little bit but later in the evening, it may be a longer wait . The characters outside the entrance I’m good, but I don’t like the fact that they are touching people.

Best experience ever the sets were amazing the scare actors were amazing and don’t get me started on the queue line actors they were the best they made the wait feel way shorter than it was I highly recommend it I am definitely going to come back but with a bigger group of friends

This is an absolute favorite of mine!! 10/10 would recommend. Bring a friend for sure, SHOUT OUT KAYLAAAA MS BARTENDERRRR IN THE FRONT !!! she gon get you right!!! and secret bars are definitely fun too. Love love love 13th floor!!!
